We are in need of CSR and TSR for our Travel Reservations Account | Blended Account!
Job Responsibilities:
Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers. Helping plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest. Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers. Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations. Selling and promoting reservation services.
